As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), I take the buyer agency relationship very seriously and work tirelessly to look after my buyer clients’ best interests while helping to find and negotiate property at the best price. Having a true understanding of what today’s buyers are looking for also helps me competitively list homes and market properties, utilizing all of the available technology and marketing tools. My sellers can count on honest advice, effective pricing, targeted and innovative marketing, and a commitment to satisfaction! I am proud of the fact that more than 90% of my business is generated through referrals from satisfied clients and look forward to continuing to live up to their expectations, and yours!

A Georgia native, and an intown Atlanta resident since 1991, I began my career in real estate at Dwellings, a mid-sized, intown brokerage. While at Dwellings, I was named the 2005 New Agent of the Year, after closing over 20 residential transactions totaling over $5.2 million in just 10 months. In 2006, my business doubled, and I was consistently acknowledged as the Top Sales Agent in the Decatur office. 

I made the move to Avenue Realty following the purchase of Dwellings by Century 21. Avenue Realty, a small, local company, offered expertise in development and new construction, working with some of the top builders in Atlanta. While at Avenue I earned my Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP®) designation, designed for specialists in new home sales. I am excited to bring this knowledge and experience to my builder/developer clients!  Also in 2007, I became a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and was certified as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.  

In January 2008, I earned my Georgia Broker’s license and formed Intown Partners Realty Group, LLC, with top Realtors®, Pat Alderman, Carlson Collier and Leslie Zweben. The four of us joined Sanctuary Real Estate to expand the Sanctuary brand by opening a premier location in Inman Park.  Intown Partners, and the Inman Park team of Realtors® bring an unparalleled level of expertise and service to the area and are working to further extend our mission of delivering a more personalized approach to real estate. 

In addition to my real estate background, I have a long history in non-profit fundraising, event planning, marketing, sales and consulting, working for such organizations like The American Cancer Society, The American Red Cross, and Emory University.
